On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, Arena celebrated its 30th Anniversary with a gala held at the company headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. The event coincided with the launch of a digital campaign highlighting 30 significant election wins that helped shape the company.
In the kickoff video for the campaign (watch below), founding partner Peter Valcarce touched on past successes and also announced that the company has transitioned to an ESOP structure and is now 100% employee owned.
“Arena’s transition to employee ownership is not just a change in structure—it’s a long-term investment in people, company values, and the success of Arena’s clients,” says Valcarce.
The benefits an ESOP provides include:
- Preserved Values: The ESOP will safeguard the culture, legacy, and core values upon which Arena was founded, ensuring the company remains the trusted partner that clients have always relied on.
- Engaged Workforce: Arena employee owners have gained meaningful retirement and growth opportunities, which help attract and retain top talent while fostering a motivated workforce that strengthens the company and its valued partnerships.
- Enhanced Productivity: Employee ownership motivates teams to perform at their best, driving faster, more reliable service, higher-quality outcomes, and stronger collaboration.
- Independence: The ESOP structure ensures the team remains free from outside influence that prioritizes profits over results.
