(Salt Lake City, UT, February 26, 2026) Arena is pleased to announce Justin Hollis has joined the company as Vice President. Justin will operate out of Arena’s new Texas office and will provide account services to new and current clients in the South Central region of the U.S.

Justin is a political strategist with more than 15 years of experience managing and advising national campaigns and communications efforts. He has served as general consultant and campaign manager on races ranging from presidential campaigns to city councils, while also leading public relations and communications initiatives for major corporations and public affairs firms nationwide.

In 2015, under Justin’s leadership, San Antonio—one of the ten largest cities in the United States and a Hispanic-majority city—elected its first African American mayor, overcoming a 6-to-1 spending disadvantage against an establishment-backed opponent.

During the 2010 cycle, Justin joined the Republican Party of Texas as its first Director of Outreach. At the time, there were no Hispanic or African American Republicans in the Texas State House. Justin also helped lead Congressman Steve Palazzo to victory in the Republican primary in Mississippi’s 4th Congressional District.
