(AMELIA ISLAND, FL, March 26, 2026) At the 2026 Pollie Awards & Conference this past Wednesday, Arena Executive Vice President of Operations, Andrea Pollock, received the prestigious 40 Under 40 award.

The award, given by The American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC), recognizes leaders and innovators in the political business community (including media, advertising, polling, and public affairs) who are making a mark in their organizations and their professions and whose conduct has been consistent with the Professional Code of Ethics of the AAPC.

As Executive Vice President of Operations at Arena, Andrea oversees firmwide operational strategy and end-to-end execution across mail, digital, fundraising, and SMS programs. In this role, she aligns people, processes, and technology to ensure campaigns receive accurate, timely, and effective voter-contact programs. 

Andrea’s leadership helps Arena clients win elections by executing cohesive strategies, avoiding costly mistakes, and maximizing the impact of their political investments.

Andrea first joined Arena in 2019, after a 10-year stint with the Michigan State GOP. Her role at Arena began with managing some of the company’s top Clients, including Senate Leadership Fund, Congressional Leadership Fund, and others. She quickly moved from account management to the role of Vice President, Client Strategy, and ultimately her current position as Executive Vice President of Operations.

Andrea is a graduate of Michigan State University, where she studied Agriscience and Environmental Policy.
